Cynthia Rodriguez has asked her lawyer, Earle Lilly, to represent her in her divorce case. Earle Lilly claimed that Alex Rodriguez and Madonna were having an affair and were still together despite Cynthia’s reactions.

Lilly said that he would not lose this case. He said that there was a pre-nuptial agreement but it was too early to decide if he would contest it. Lilly disclosed that R-Rod’s estate was vast. Cynthia will get a huge settlement but not in the range of hundreds of millions.

Lilly revealed that infidelity was the major cause for the divorce because there were a series of dalliances. Madonna will not be named in the divorce papers. Cynthia wants custody of her 2 daughters. Lilly insisted that Cynthia Rodriguez did not have an affair with Lenny Kravitz.

Andrew Firestone, an ex contestant from The Bachelor, has married Ivana Bozilovic, on Sat. July 5 2008.

Ivana Bozilovic is a model from Serbia. Firestone’s publicist, Alisha Mahon made this official press release.

The celebrity couple issued a joint statement. They said they were very happy. Firestone and Bozilovic married at St. Mark’s in the Valley Episcopal Church in Los Olivos, in the Central Coast town. Firestone works in his family’s winery and he is located in that town.

Andrew Firestone once proposed to Jen Schefft in 2003. They were in season 3 of The Bachelor. The series was watched by many millions and people followed their romance until they split months later. Andrew Firestone had announced his engagement to Ivana Bozilovic last October 2007.

Paul Hogan, the celebrity actor from Crocodile Dundee, has not learnt anything from observing Wesley Snipes. Paul Hogan is setting himself up to become a Wesley Snipes follower.

Paul Hogan made a controversial statement on Fri., July 4, 2008. He challenged Australia’s tax authorities to locate him in the US and get him for tax evasion. The Australian National newspaper had also ran a report about him evading taxes.

Paul Hogan claims that the Australian tax officials are illegally trying to get his banking records and documents to charge him. Hogan said he predicted that he would be arrested if he landed in Australia. He cracked a joke and warned that he owned a gun.

The Australian tax office refused to comment on Paul Hogan’s case.

Olympic qualifiers Kerri Walsh and Misty May-Treanor won the AVP Crocs Slam Boulder on Sunday for their 15th straight tournament title.

They tied their own record for consecutive tournament wins. It was the 99th career title for May-Treanor.

Kerri Walsh and tandem Beach Volleyball partner Misty May-Treanor have been undefeated this year. They haven’t lost a match since August 19, 2007. They continued their winning streak this weekend with a victory at the AVP Crocs Slam Boulder Open over Kristen Batt and Megan Wallin.

Kerri Walsh, known as Six-feet of Sunshine on the beach volleyball court. She is 29-years-old. She is 6′ 3′ tall.

Walsh and her long time volleyball partner, Misty May-Treanor, have topped the women’s beach volleyball since they began their partnership in 2000. They have finished at the top of the Association of Volleyball Professionals Tour (AVP) each season. The twosome brought home the gold medal at the 2004 Athens Summer Olympics and have qualified to compete in the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing next month.

Kerri Walsh met her husband on the same day that she auditioned to be Misty May-Treanor’s partner. Apparently, the stars were all aligned just perfectly for her that day.

Nicole Richie was involved in a small dispute at 1 am on July 6. This happened when she was waiting in line at the valet outside Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas.

A source observed that Richie was too rowdy and had to be escorted off the premises by security.

Some time earlier, Nicole Richie was at the Wasted Space in Hard Rock Hotel to party with Carey Hart and her boyfriend’s band, Good Charlotte. The press contacted Hard Rock Hotel to ask for a comment but they declined to reply.

Nicole Richie’s representative said that she was in Las Vegas at the stipulated time but she was not involved in any altercation.

Gwen Stefani and her husband, Gavin Rossdale went to Wimbledon to watch Roger Federer play tennis. The celebrity couple sat with Roger Federer’s girlfriend, Mirka Vavrinec.

Sadly, their presence and support was insufficient for Federer.

Federer’s opponent, Rafael Nadal, won the men’s singles Wimbledon final with 6-4 6-4 6-7 6-7 9-7. Nadal became the first Spaniard to win the grasscourt Grand Slam title, since Manuel Santana in 1966.

Mirka Vavrinec, aka Miroslava (Mirka) Vavrinec, is an ex tennis player from Switzerland. When she was 9 years old, she was introduced to tennis by Martina Navratilova. Navratilova saw the potential in Vavrinec and she was right. Vavrinec retired from tennis because of a foot injury.

Comedy Central has a new show called Reality Bites Back. Ten comedians will compete to become the final winner.

Every week, these comedians will do parodies of the most famous reality shows. Each week, one unlucky comedian will be voted out by the host of the show, Michael Ian Black. The final winner will get the title of Lord Of All Reality and a $50,000 prize. The premiere of Reality Bites Back is on Thur., July 17, at 10:30 pm on Comedy Central.

The comedians will be acting out parodies of American Idol, Survivor, The Amazing Race, The Biggest Loser and other reality shows on TV.

The comedians who are contestants in Reality Bites Back are Kyle Cease, Chris Fairbanks, Jeff Garcia, Red Grant, Tiffany Haddish, Bert Kreischer, Mo Mandel, Donnell Rawlings, Amy Schumer and Theo Von.

Tarantino, who has made Kill Bill and Pulp Fiction, is reportedly looking to hire Patrick for his remake of the 1966 cult film Faster, Pussycat, Kill! Kill!, about three women on a violent road trip. A source tells New York Post, "Quentin loves her, and she's a dead ringer for original star Tura Satana".
And Tera insists she would love to take on the role. She adds, "It would be the hottest remake ever, and I'm honoured to be considered. I was built for this part".

Deanna Pappas of “The Bachelorette” is engaged and happy. Who did Deanna Pappas choose as the winner?

On Monday night at 8 p.m., you can tune in to ABC to see the Bachelorette Finale. For those of you unable to catch the Finale, we will keep you updated with the details and finale winner.

Now down to the final two bachelors, it is between Jason Mesnick, a 31-year-old account executive from Kirkland, Washington, and Jesse Csincsak, a 25-year-old professional snowboarder from Breckenridge, Colorado.

Here are Deanna’s thoughts on Jason:

“He’s a wonderful, wonderful man, and has a beautiful outlook on life and love — especially considering some of the things he’s been through in his lifetime,” she said during a telephone press conference last week. “He’s very generous, very caring, and he would always listen to me.”

And Deanna’s feelings on Jesse:

“Once you get past everything crazy, he’s actually a wonderful human being. He has a big heart, he’s caring, he comes from a great family. He’s that person that’s always going to make me laugh, and he puts me first.”

On tomorrow’s “Bachelorette Finale”, the winner is chosen. Both men will travel to Deanna Pappas’ hometown of Georgia.

Both Jason and Jesse will visit together with Deanna Pappas’ family.

Of course the show was pre-taped, and it has been about three months since the Bachelorette show rapped. Deanna Pappas promises the finale will be a “good surprise”. And says she is “very happy, in love and engaged.”
